Breast Imaging has recently redesigned its referral pad to make it easier to use and more streamlined.

The pad's new design will reduce the incidence of referral forms being completed incorrectly or without all the necessary information - giving patients a better service and ensuring those who are eligible for a Medicare Rebate will have patient information accurately noted.

As many doctors now prefer to word process information directly onto the referral slip, our new pad has also been designed in a printer friendly A4 format.
